The Qualitative Research Associate will contribute to a range of studies, evaluations, and technical assistance initiatives while supporting organizational growth through business development and proposal efforts.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position will be part of AIR's <strong>International Development</strong> program, supporting research and technical assistance activities in low- and middle-income countries. The team works closely with major international donors, including the Gates Foundation, the World Bank, the U.S. Department of State, and UNICEF, to design and implement innovative approaches that inform policy and program development.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Candidates hired for this position may work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of our U.S. office locations.
