About this role
ABIS is seeking a highly qualified QA Engineer with an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certificate to join our quality management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives, conducting comprehensive audits, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards. This role involves identifying areas for improvement in processes, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous quality enhancements across the organization. The QA Engineer will collaborate closely with various departments to uphold and enhance the quality management system in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead and conduct internal and external quality audits according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation.
Assess and monitor compliance with quality standards across all operational areas.
Identify non-conformities and lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Prepare audit reports, quality metrics, and documentation for management review.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management system requirements and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
Proven experience in quality assurance and conducting ISO 9001 audits.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead audits and manage quality improvement projects effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
