Our mission combines our industry-leading tech platform with holistic service to streamline, simplify and expedite the immigration process for employers and individuals.</p></div><p> </p> <div> <p>We have an exciting opportunity within <strong>Envoy Global’</strong>s Automation Engineering team for a highly skilled <strong>QA Analyst</strong> to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.</p> <p>In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of C#-based automation frameworks using Playwright and Reqnroll/SpecFlow to support testing across web, API, and database layers. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through effective test automation and quality assurance practices.</p> </div> <p><strong>As our QA Analyst, you will be required to: </strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Playwright.</div> </li> <li> <div>Create and maintain BDD scenarios using Reqnroll (SpecFlow) aligned with business requirements.</div> </li> <li> <div>Contribute to the enhancement of automation frameworks and reusable test components.</div> </li> <li> <div>Develop and execute automated tests for UI, API, backend services, workflows, and data validations.</div> </li> <li> <div>Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.</div> </li> <li> <div>Validate backend workflows and perform SQL queries for data verification.</div> </li> <li> <div>Identify, document, and track defects while supporting root-cause analysis activities.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to established quality standards.</div> </li> <li> <div>Support the integration and execution of automation suites within CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.</div> </li> <li> <div>Use Git for source code management and collaboration.</div> </li> <li> <div>Participate in automation code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</div> </li> <li> <div>Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA team members in an Agile/Scrum environment.</div> </li> <li> <div>Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.</div> </li> <li> <div>Provide accurate effort estimates, track assigned tasks, and proactively communicate risks and challenges.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li> <div><strong>3 to 5 years of hands-on experience</strong> in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.</div> </li> <li> <div>Practical experience with <strong>C#</strong> and automation frameworks built using <strong>Playwright</strong>.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience working with <strong>Reqnroll/SpecFlow</strong> and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.</div> </li> <li> <div>Good understanding of automation framework concepts such as Page Object Model (POM), reusable components, and automation best practices.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Playwright API, RestSharp, Postman, or similar.</div> </li> <li> <div>Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data validation techniques.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.</div> </li> <li> <div>Proficiency with Git for source code version control.</div> </li> <li> <div>Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, test execution, and defect management processes.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</div> </li> <li> <div>Passion for quality, automation, and continuous learning.</div> </li> <li> <div>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong><em>If this role excites you, please take a moment to complete the questionnaire below and attach your current resume.
