The role involves managing development of FastAPI based applications to run large data modeling, and leveraging the Databricks platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in backend development, Data science model basics, and cloud-based solutions to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation within our portfolio.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Key skills - Python, FastAPI Framework, REST API design, Pydantic models, Async programming, Modular implementation, Authentication & Autherization, Error handling & Logging, Documentation, Azure DevOps, Git versioning, Agile delivery, Scrum, Azure cloud, Databricks, Delta Lake</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Key Responsibilities:</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Build and integrate APIs that expose statistical models, analytical services, and machine learning solutions to front end and external systems.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to operationalize computational and statistical models in production environment.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Integrate backend services with Azure cloud components, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks Delta Lake, and Azure DevOps.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Design and implement secure authentication and authorization, and API security mechanism.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices and coding standard.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for high-volume data processing workloads.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Implement automated testing, including unit test cases using pytest.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Collaborate with front end developers to support seamless integration between React - based user interfaces and backend services.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and release processes.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Work with ML flow and MLOps frameworks to support model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and life cycle management.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning activities.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational runbook.</div> <p></p> <p><strong><em>If you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
