As a Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer, you will provide key administrative support to the purchasing and supply chain teams and help ensure an efficient and reliable supply process.

Your responsibilities include:

* Processing and monitoring purchase orders and supplier information
* Following up on delivery schedules and supplier commitments
* Ensuring accurate data management within the ERP system
* Identifying and reporting supply-related issues or discrepancies
* Supporting Supply Chain Planners with backorders and ongoing deliveries
* Assisting the sales team with product availability and lead-time inquiries
* Maintaining smooth communication between suppliers and internal departments
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes
