Purchase Order Manager

For a leading European player in self-storage, we are looking for a Purchase Order Manager. You will report to the Director of Accounting.

This is not a procurement role. Instead, it is a finance-focused position where accounting knowledge, financial controls and process governance are essential.

* Lead, coach and develop a team of Finance Operations professionals. * Ensure the accurate and timely processing of purchase orders. * Maintain the quality and integrity of vendor master data while ensuring compliance with financial controls. * Partner closely with Accounting to support accurate financial reporting, month-end close and reconciliation activities. * Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant and high-quality operations. * Support ERP enhancements, finance transformation initiatives and business integration projects. * Drive continuous improvement of Purchase-to-Pay processes, financial controls and operational efficiency. * Act as the key contact for Finance Operations, providing expert support to internal stakeholders.

* Gross monthly salary: €4.500 –€5.400 (to be further discussed in a first screening). * Company car and fuel/charging card.
