Property and Leasing Officer

About this role

• Assist in leasing operations and coordination for assigned commercial and residential properties

• Prepare leasing‑related documents, agreements and correspondence

• Liaise with property agencies, tenants and internal stakeholders on mortgagee sale properties and leasing matters in accordance with business strategies

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and defect rectification for office, branches and other properties

• Work closely with service providers, contractors and facilities management teams

• Monitor maintenance and renovation works to ensure quality and timelines

• Support renovation, relocation and handover projects

• Assist in service agreement application, renewal and termination for equipment and service

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team

• Handle ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate/ Hospitality/ Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5

• Minimum 2 years' experience in leasing, property developer or agency service

• Possess of EAA license is an advantage

• Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing

• Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Office Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work outdoor and availability for weekend and public holiday shifts as required

• Immediately available is highly preferred
