As a Project Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in bringing power and energy, electric, utility, and renewable energy projects to life. You’ll work in an entrepreneurial environment where your voice matters, your expertise is trusted, and your career growth is prioritized.</p> <p data-start="641" data-end="661">What You’ll Do</p> <ul data-start="662" data-end="1458"> <li data-start="662" data-end="801"> <p data-start="664" data-end="801">Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.</p> </li> <li data-start="802" data-end="915"> <p data-start="804" data-end="915">Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.</p> </li> <li data-start="916" data-end="1102"> <p data-start="918" data-end="1102">Use your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables.</p> </li> <li data-start="1103" data-end="1222"> <p data-start="1105" data-end="1222">Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="1223" data-end="1335"> <p data-start="1225" data-end="1335">Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.</p> </li> <li data-start="1336" data-end="1458"> <p data-start="1338" data-end="1458">Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="1460" data-end="1480">What You Bring</p> <ul data-start="1481" data-end="1966"> <li data-start="1481" data-end="1616"> <p data-start="1483" data-end="1616">A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents.</p> </li> <li data-start="1617" data-end="1743"> <p data-start="1619" data-end="1743">Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center - you know how to turn data into accuracy and insight.</p> </li> <li data-start="1744" data-end="1802"> <p data-start="1746" data-end="1802">Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.</p> </li> <li data-start="1803" data-end="1892"> <p data-start="1805" data-end="1892">Prior field crew experience is a plus - you understand both sides of the process.</p> </li> <li data-start="1893"…
