As a Project Surveyor at Atwell, you will work on diverse projects with various sizes, scopes, and details. You will work in a flexible work environment with a fantastic culture and a national presence.

Job Description

• Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.

• Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.

• Use your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.

• Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.

• Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.

• Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.
