YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES

You will work cross-functionally within the Product Development Team and support internal product development as well as all downstream processes throughout the entire product lifecycle:

- Supporting Product and Project Management in day-to-day operations across the entire development process and product lifecycle

- Preparing and following up on meeting notes, deriving clear action items and work packages

- Contributing to the development and industrialization of products – from the concept phase through to series production readiness

- Supporting the adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development process

- Optimizing processes and tools to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Preparing, structuring, and documenting complex technical and process-related topics

- Collaborating closely and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams across mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, procurement, and production

- Taking ownership of smaller projects independently and developing own concepts and solutions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO

- Ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program with a technical specialization

- Strong mechatronic understanding – you think in systems, not in silos

- Structured and independent way of working combined with a quick grasp of new topics

- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for questioning and improving processes

- Hands-on mentality: You are willing to go the extra mile and take ownership of tasks that may be completely new to you

- Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken

- Valid Category B driver's license

NICE TO HAVE

- Initial practical experience in project management, product development, or a technical industrial environment (e.g., through internships or working student positions)

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, or Word

- Passion for robotics, automation, and the development of complex mechatronic products – from initial idea to successful market scaling
