Jobomschrijving

* Develop and implement the CI program in consultation with site managers.
* Ensure follow-up and successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
* Lead multiple projects, both large and small, from design to execution.
* Craft custom solutions and provide expert insights to exceed client expectations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, management, and contractors to ensure project success.
* Develop, layout, and optimize industrial processes.
* Collect and analyze data to design, test, and implement new or improved processes.
* Support CI projects and Kaizen initiatives on-site.
* Implement best practices from other sites and help transition to Industry 4.0.
* Contribute to automation projects and build stability and productivity on critical machines.
* Supervise operational and CI projects from start to finish with the site team.
* Deliver training related to Kaizen, VSM, and CI methodologies.
