Role: Project Manager (Trade Finance) – AI Fintech

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading AI-driven fintech who is seeking an dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in Trade Finance to support large-scale transformation and delivery projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Trade Finance and core banking transformation projects

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical leads, business analysts, and external vendors

- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals

- Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and reporting, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project delivery frameworks

Requirements:

- Degree holder with proven experience as a Project Manager in Trade Finance, ideally within a financial services or fintech environment

- Familiarity with core banking platforms or payment platforms

- Strong understanding of trade finance products, processes, and compliance considerations

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to travel as required
