PROJECT MANAGER - SERVICENOW

About this role

This is a remote position.

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, Agile delivery expertise, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.

• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and technical leads.

• Track project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project management or delivery roles.

• Strong experience delivering ServiceNow or enterprise IT projects.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Project planning and execution

• ServiceNow platform understanding (implementation or delivery exposure)

• Risk and issue management

• Budget and resource management

• Stakeholder engagement and reporting

• Tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

• Understanding of SDLC and enterprise systems
