This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, drive business transformation, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across global teams in a highly dynamic and regulated environment.</p> <h4 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="666" data-end="689">Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul data-start="691" data-end="1420"> <li data-section-id="12zbcn8" data-start="691" data-end="771">Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Private Banking business area.</li> <li data-section-id="16ksi1f" data-start="772" data-end="854">Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="pxj9eb" data-start="855" data-end="970">Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders.</li> <li data-section-id="rzg816" data-start="971" data-end="1043">Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.</li> <li data-section-id="1brvv4h" data-start="1044" data-end="1124">Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.</li> <li data-section-id="1ywqyge" data-start="1125" data-end="1195">Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.</li> <li data-section-id="113ymvj" data-start="1196" data-end="1263">Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of blockers.</li> <li data-section-id="1xs24d5" data-start="1264" data-end="1334">Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.</li> <li data-section-id="1o0g4il" data-start="1335" data-end="1420">Prepare and present status updates to senior management and executive stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h4 data-section-id="1cpo032" data-start="1422" data-end="1448">Required Qualifications</h4> <ul data-start="1450" data-end="2033"> <li data-section-id="1a56twh" data-start="1450" data-end="1539">Proven experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector.</li> <li data-section-id="c1ncv3" data-start="1540" data-end="1637">Strong understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking environments.</li> <li data-section-id="ov11za" data-start="1638" data-end="1710">Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.</li> <li data-section-id="1j2wn7t" data-start="1711" data-end="1771">Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.</li> <li data-section-id="26dnj" data-start="1772" data-end="1829">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li data-section-id="f5cbt5" data-start="1830" data-end="1905">Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).</li> <li data-section-id="1y1ge6v" data-start="1906" data-end="1974">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li data-section-id="1dxn2f2" data-start="1975" data-end="2033">Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.</li> </ul> <h4 data-section-id="1a9n6ci" data-start="2035" data-end="2062">Preferred Qualifications</h4> <ul data-start="2064" data-end="2340"> <li data-section-id="1cndmaa" data-start="2064" data-end="2131">PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification.</li> <li data-section-id="x1kd58" data-start="2132" data-end="2202">Experience with regulatory, risk, or compliance-related initiatives.</li> <li data-section-id="1t2edtl" data-start="2203" data-end="2278">Familiarity with digital transformation and banking technology platforms.</li> <li data-section-id="1xwknaw" data-start="2279" data-end="2340">Experience working in an international banking environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>ONLINE…
