Knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering, custom machine building, semiconductor technology, laser technology, or high-tech plant engineering
Experience with traditional and/or agile project management methods
A structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confident demeanor when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders

Independent management of development, customer, and industrialization projects
Planning, managing, and monitoring project objectives, budgets, resources, and schedules
Coordinating interdisciplinary teams from development, production, sales, and service
Communicating with customers, partners, and suppliers at the national and international levels
Conducting risk analyses and implementing appropriate countermeasures
Organizing and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and reviews
Ensuring transparent project communication with management and stakeholders
Further developing project management processes and standards
