* Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and quality across multiple initiatives.
* Leverage a solid understanding of AS400 / IBM i environments to manage system evolutions, integrations, or migrations.
* Ensure technical coherence and stability within a hybrid landscape (legacy and modern digital platforms).
* Challenge technical solutions and architectural choices to support long-term business objectives.
* Support users and business teams throughout the change process.
* Promote best practices in IT project governance and delivery.
