**Talencia is looking for a “Project Manager IT” for one of its clients.**

**Location : Brussels**

**Start Date : September**

**Remote : 2days/week**

**Languages : French (or Dutch)+ English**

**Duration : Long term mission**

**Context :**

As a Project Manager, you will lead key digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency within a retail environment. Your main focus will be the replacement of the CIAM platform and the implementation of a Management Delivery platform. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring alignment with business, standards and governance.

**Description :**

* Lead the full project lifecycle, including scope, planning, budget, quality, and change management. * Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular executive reporting. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues and escalations. * Oversee all testing phases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. * Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. * Ensure compliance with PMO standards, IT governance, and project management best practices. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational excellence.
