We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support strategic E-Solutions initiatives, with a strong focus on e-invoicing (inbound and outbound) compliance and regulatory implementation. The role ensures end-to-end coordination across Business, IT, GBS streams, and external vendors, driving delivery in complex, cross-functional environments. You will be responsible for establishing strong governance, maintaining project control, and ensuring successful execution from planning through go-live and transition to BAU. This position requires excellent stakeholder management, structured execution, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, international organization.
YOU WILL
Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring alignment across Business, IT, GBS, and Vendor stakeholders
Build and maintain an integrated project plan, including dependencies, milestones, and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across multiple streams and ensure execution against plan
Drive stakeholder management, including regular status reporting and Steering Committee updates
Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when needed
Ensure follow-up on open actions and timely resolution across all workstreams
Coordinate UAT activities and support business readiness for go-live
Ensure smooth transition to BAU, including documentation and handover activities
Support rapid networking within PMI GBS and foster strong cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects (Business + IT + external vendors)
Strong background in regulatory, e-solutions, digital transformation, or IT implementation projects (e-invoicing experience is a strong asset)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrix organization
Ability to quickly build relationships and networks within large, global organizations (GBS environment preferred)
Strong planning, structuring, and execution control capabilities
Experience in governance setup, project reporting, and Steering Committee management
Ability to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities effectively
Experience coordinating UAT and go-live readiness activities
Strong command of English in an international working environment
