**Responsibilities**

* Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
* Lead multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams including analysts, architects, developers, and testers.
* Manage project scope, budget, planning, risks, and dependencies to meet delivery commitments.
* Coordinate the implementation of solutions supporting telematics processes and data exchanges.
* Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and define strategic solution roadmaps.
* Prioritize and structure project backlogs in close collaboration with business owners.
* Monitor project progress and report status to steering committees and senior management.
