**Senior Project Manager Compliance, Risk & Resilience**

Are you an experienced Project Manager in **risk management, asset management, compliance, business continuity, and organizational resilience**? This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation program focused on **implementing the European Critical Entities Resilience (CER) framework** within a major infrastructure environment.

In this strategic role, you will drive the **planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives** designed to enhance operational resilience, **ensure regulatory compliance**, and safeguard the continuity of essential services. 🔒⚡

🎯 Your Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate the end-to-end **implementation of the CER (Critical Entities Resilience) program.**
* Translate regulatory requirements into practical actions, projects, and business processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Management.
* Drive risk assessments, business continuity planning, and crisis management initiatives.
* Monitor project objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and dependencies.
* Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and compliance status.
* Ensure the successful implementation of organizational, technical, and operational resilience measures.
* Promote a culture of resilience, risk awareness, and continuous improvement across the organization.

✅ Your Profile

* **Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Managemen**t, Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity, Security, or a related field.
* **Experience leading organization-wide transformation or change initiatives.**
* Strong understanding of risk management, business continuity, and crisis management practices.
* Knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
* Affinity with critical infrastructure, operational environments, and security-related topics.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert risks into actionable solutions.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* **Fluent in Dutch;** English is considered a bonus.
