As a Project Manager (Cloud / Infrastructure), you’ll orchestrate day-to-day execution across these teams, acting as the connective tissue between engineering, security, compliance, and adjacent stakeholders.</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">This is a hands-on program management role rather than a purely administrative one. You’ll maintain clear backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery plans across infrastructure and cloud workstreams, integrate security and compliance activities (particularly ISO 27001 and related frameworks) into the engineering cadence, and help ensure projects land reliably while keeping risk, audit, and control requirements visible and manageable.</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">You’ll partner with platform, application, DevSecOps, and documentation teams, as well as product, security, compliance, support, and executive stakeholders, to keep work organized and transparent. If you enjoy working in cloud and infrastructure environments, understand how IaaS and CI/CD-driven teams operate, and are comfortable weaving security and compliance into technical delivery, this role aligns well.</span></p> <h2 id="responsibilities" class="font-editorial font-bold mb-2 mt-4 [.has-inline-images_&]:clear-end text-base first:mt-0">Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Organize, prioritize, and track work across core infrastructure teams with a particular focus on Cloud Engineering (platform, application, DevSecOps, documentation), maintaining a clear backlog, roadmap, and delivery plan.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Embed security and compliance into standard planning cycles, coordinating audit activities end to end and tracking security KPIs/SLAs such as vulnerability remediation, patch cadence, and control exceptions.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Serve as the primary program management interface between infrastructure and cloud teams and adjacent functions (product, security, compliance, support, executives), partnering with team members on audit, risk, and control status.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Coordinate cross-team dependencies across IaaS, SaaS, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives, ensuring that sequencing and ownership are clear and visible.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Continuously refine program management tooling, templates, and processes (intake, change management, exception handling) to improve delivery predictability and clarity.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Support planning and execution for major infrastructure and cloud projects (platform upgrades, security initiatives, capacity expansions), driving timelines, status reporting, and risk/issue mitigation.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Maintain crisp documentation of program plans, decisions, risks, and control mappings in tooling such as Jira, GitHub/GitLab Issues, Confluence, or Notion.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Influence outcomes across engineering, security, and compliance teams without direct authority, using data, clear communication, and structured follow-up to keep work on track.</span></li> </ul> <h2 id="qualifications" class="font-editorial font-bold mb-2 mt-4 [.has-inline-images_&]:clear-end text-base first:mt-0">Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Demonstrated experience as a program or project manager supporting infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering teams.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Strong working understanding of how cloud and infrastructure organizations operate, including IaaS, SaaS, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Proven track record integrating security, risk, and compliance activities into engineering delivery, including hands-on audit coordination (evidence collection and finding remediation).</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Proficiency with program management tooling such as Jira, GitHub/GitLab Issues, Confluence, or Notion.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational capabilities across multiple concurrent workstreams.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct authority, using structured communication and follow-through.</span></li> </ul> <h2…
