**Responsibilities**

* Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation to delivery while managing complex business transformations.
* Manage key customer onboarding initiatives, acting as a bridge between customers and internal product teams.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
* Drive project governance, including planning, reporting, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration across departments for efficient delivery.
* Gather, challenge, and validate business requirements while managing actions and dependencies.
* Support change management initiatives and proactively identify improvement opportunities within the project scope.
