It is represented by ACLU Staff United (ASU).</span></p> <h2><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong> </h2> <p>Reporting to the <strong>Senior Director, Learning and Project Solutions</strong>, the <strong>Project Manager </strong>will be responsible for <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW263795330 BCX8">ensuring high-impact ACLU projects are planned effectively, integrate organizational values and compliance priorities, and meet strategic goals and deadlines.</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW263795330 BCX8"> Based on project needs, provide communications and business analysis support.</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW263795330 BCX8"> They will also </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW263795330 BCX8">support the implementation of </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW263795330 BCX8">organizational project management standards and practices in partnership with Project Manager colleagues in the Learning and Project Solutions team and across the organization.</span></p> <h2><strong>YOUR DAY TO DAY</strong></h2> <h3><strong>PROJECT MANAGEMENT</strong></h3> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop project plans including detailed steps for implementation, process definition, user roll out, training, and communications</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage project schedule to ensure project is on time, in scope, and within budget</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage project budgets and resource allocations</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify risks, troubleshoot project issues and recommend effective, business oriented, and strategic solutions</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Communicate with stakeholders about project status, issues, deadlines, and changes</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage project close out steps and post-mortems</span><span…
