Actionline is a Greek company specializing in end-to-end HR & Recruitment solutions since 2011. On behalf of our client, a Leading architectural Design Firm, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities Monitoring and supervising studies and construction works Preparing reports and providing updates to the Project Director

Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering (Technical University / University) Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision and coordination of construction sites for building projects Relevant experience in office buliding construction and buliding renovations will be considered an asset, as well as experience in similar studies for private or public projects Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and project budgets Excellent Command of English (written and spoken) Good knowledge of MS Office applications
