An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide. </p> <p><strong>The Opportunity<br></strong>We are looking for a Project Manager to support our company-wide Project Management Office (PMO), helping drive critical cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This is a highly collaborative position focused on turning strategic goals into structured, actionable projects that are executed effectively and transparently.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain clear documentation and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Identify and implement operational improvements </li> <li>Oversee multiple teams, ensuring project goals are met and outcomes delivered</li> <li>Collaborate with internal sponsors and cross-functional teams to align on resource needs and plan project execution</li> <li>Manage program and project teams to drive return on investment, and coordinate cross-project initiatives to ensure alignment and progress</li> <li>Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors</li> <li>Manage scope and timelines for projects, and where applicable, oversee project-related budgets</li> <li>Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively</li> <li>Produce clear and timely reporting on project status, outcomes, and lessons learned</li> <li>Foster collaboration and accountability across global, cross-functional teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a formal Project Manager role, leading cross-functional projects using standard project management methodologies.</li> <li>Proven ability to solve problems creatively</li> <li>Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Proven ability to drive projects from initiation through completion in a fast-paced global environment</li> <li>Independent, creative, and proactive, someone who takes ownership and finds energy in solving problems</li> <li>Skilled at building relationships and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders in a cross-functional/matrixed environment</li> <li>Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities</li> <li>Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae</li> <li>Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work</li> <li>BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p> <ul> <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification </li> <li>Familiarity with the cloud ecosystem (AWS, GCP, Azure) </li> </ul> <p><strong>Are you a Do’er?<br></strong>Be your truest self.
