The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within IT and cloud technologies, combined with consulting experience that has sharpened their ability to be empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget—while delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to the growth of Caylent’s client relationships.</p> <h3>Your Assignment </h3> <ul> <li>Manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision</li> <li>Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates aligned to SOW deliverables</li> <li>Ability to manage the scope of the SOW and negotiate discrepancies with customers, driving prioritization decisions</li> <li>Successfully drive the project schedule and scope while avoiding budget implications</li> <li>Maintain PM compliance responsibilities including PSA Health reporting, status reports, sprint reviews, and risk and issue management</li> <li>Properly identify and differentiate risks from issues, and determine when to escalate within the project</li> <li>Facilitate backlog creation ensuring tickets have definitions, acceptance criteria, and estimation; manage team work through appropriate Jira reports</li> <li>Build and maintain client trust through reliable project delivery and consistent communication; facilitate proactive, tough client conversations</li> <li>Deliver against client business outcomes, not just the letter of the SOW, and collaborate with Delivery to surface future opportunities</li> <li>Ability to observe and provide timely feedback for project teams focused on client value</li> <li>Lead or contribute to CPM initiatives and strategic cross-functional efforts</li> </ul> <h3>Your Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role</li> <li>2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment</li> <li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification</li> <li>Ability to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches to drive the best Client experience</li> <li>Experience in forecasting and budget management to drive accuracy in revenue projections</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships</li> <li>Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development, and/or data engineering disciplines</li> <li>Experience working with AWS cloud services and technologies</li> <li>AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or must be willing to obtain within 90 days</li> <li>Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools</li> <li>Experience working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment</li> </ul> </div> <h3>Benefits</h3> <ul> <li>100% remote work</li> <li>Equitable Life - Hybrid Plan</li> <li>100% Premium Coverage for the employee and dependents</li> <li>Competitive phantom equity</li> <li>4% Pension match (employer contribution)</li> <li>Unlimited Vacations</li> <li>Sick Leave </li> <li>Paid Holidays </li> <li>Parental Leave</li> <li>Paid for exams and certifications</li> <li>Peer bonus awards</li> <li>State-of-the-art laptops and tools</li> <li>Equipment & Office Stipend</li> <li>Individual professional development plan</li> <li>Annual stipend for Learning and Development</li> <li>Work with an amazing worldwide team in an incredible corporate culture</li> </ul> </div> <h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">100% remote work</li> <li…
