**What makes this role interesting?**

You’ll be involved from **A to Z**:

* Prepare and test solutions in the lab
* Implement new installations at customer sites
* Configure and manage complex UC/IT environments
* Troubleshoot technical challenges
* Perform upgrades, maintenance and lifecycle management
* Support customers remotely and on-site
* Give technical demos and customer training
* Work with experienced colleagues on high-end technology projects

And because technology never stands still, you’ll continuously get the opportunity to learn new technologies and expand your expertise.
