Project Engineer / C&S Engineer / Architectural Coordinator

Salary & Benefits: - $3,800 – $5,500 per month (commensurate with experience) - Basic salary plus performance-related pay - Annual leave entitlement - Medical benefits

Office Location: - Tai Seng

Working Hours: - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Industry: - Construction sector (A&A / Building Works)

Job Responsibilities: - Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications. - Verify site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards. - Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants. - Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications. - Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

Job Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. - Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent. - Proficient in basic Autocad software. - Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. - Commitment to handling construction projects. - Good communication and written skills. - Skilled in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
