**Your role**

As a Project Engineer Automation, you lead the design and implementation of automation solutions—from concept to commissioning.

You translate technical challenges into smart, scalable systems, combining hardware and software into robust solutions used daily on the production floor.

You manage projects end-to-end, while staying close to the technology. This is not a purely coordinating role—you remain hands-on and technically involved.

**What you'll be doing**

* Lead automation projects from concept to implementation
* Design and develop innovative hardware and software solutions
* Optimize existing machines and processes to improve performance and reliability
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, production, maintenance)
* Ensure smooth implementation and support adoption on the shop floor
