In this role, you will act as the operational backbone across AWS/Azure cloud migration and security modernization programs, coordinating project activities while ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.</p> <p>You will be responsible for tracking project progress, managing dependencies, and translating complex cloud architecture and cybersecurity concepts into concise, business-friendly communications for executives, project sponsors, and engineering teams.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate project delivery activities across multiple cloud and security initiatives, maintaining project plans, backlogs, sprint schedules, milestones, and deliverables</p> </li> <li> <p>Track project progress, dependencies, risks, resource allocation, and key milestones using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as the central communication point between Cloud Architects, Security Engineers, SOC teams, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate technical documentation, cloud governance frameworks, security metrics, and architectural updates into executive-ready presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and steering committee materials</p> </li> <li> <p>Support organizational change management activities related to cloud transformation and cybersecurity modernization</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop communication plans for cloud migrations, maintenance windows, security initiatives, and DevSecOps adoption</p> </li> <li> <p>Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify project risks, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints, escalating issues proactively to project leadership</p> </li> <li> <p>Support technical leads in ensuring successful project execution and effective stakeholder engagement</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills & Experience:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of experience coordinating IT projects, preferably within cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure)</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with core cybersecurity domains such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, identity governance, or security operations</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Miro, or similar platforms</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting Agile project delivery and working within cross-functional technical teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience supporting cloud migration or cybersecurity transformation programs</p> </li> <li> <p>CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, PSM I, AgilePM, or similar project management certifications</p> </li> <li> <p>AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent cloud certifications</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience preparing executive presentations and change management communications</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and enterprise cloud governance</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h1>ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS</h1> <ul> <li> <p>Screening call with the Recruiter</p> </li> <li> <p>Competencies interview with Capco Hiring Manager</p> </li> <li> <p>Client’s interview</p> </li> <li> <p>Feedback/Offer</p> </li> </ul> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p>
