<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">AIR is seeking a <strong>Clinical Quality Measure Project Associate</strong>&nbsp;to join AIR’s Healthcare Transformation Team. We work to advance equitable, high-quality, affordable, patient-centered care through rigorous research, evaluation, and technical assistance that focuses on what matters most to patients, families, clinicians, and the broader healthcare community.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We have a strong focus on quality measurement to ensure patients receive safe, equitable care. We also translate research evidence to promote understanding and adoption of best practices by patients, families, caregivers, physicians, nurses, insurers, health systems leaders, and policymakers. In addition, our expertise includes promoting evidence-based care for a range of clinical conditions; improving patient safety; and engaging patients and family members in the delivery of care.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Candidates hired for this position may work remotely within the United States or from one of our&nbsp;<a href="https://www.air.org/locations#headquarters">U.S. office locations</a>. We generate evidence and apply data-driven solutions that expand opportunities and improve lives for all.</span>&nbsp;</span></p> <h4><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsibilities:</span></h4> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The responsibilities for the position include:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs). Ensure these measures are aligned with the Quality Data Model (QDM) and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the CMS electronic clinical quality measures (eCQM) Annual Update (AU) publication process by coordinating across measure teams to meet AU milestones.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review and provide feedback on eCQMs published annually by CMS.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop AU supporting documentation, including measure technical release notes and measure flows.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to quality measure maintenance activities, such as expert workgroup coordination and facilitation, performance data review, and implementer feedback reviews, to inform measure updates.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain standard templates, processes, and workflows, all elements of which shall be consistent with AIR’s best practices and contract requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide support in project planning and implementation by managing, monitoring, and tracking project tasks using standard processes and workflows.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to meetings with project teams and clients through agenda preparation and notetaking.</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications:</span></h4> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Education, Knowledge, and Experience</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of related experience or equivalent…
