The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT program management, strong leadership skills, and experience in strategic planning and resource management. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, training and managing team members, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a Federal Government environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage IT/Telecommunications programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.</li> <li>Develop and execute strategic plans while efficiently managing resources across programs.</li> <li>Collaborate with Federal and Contractor personnel, ensuring clear and effective communication.</li> <li>Oversee program performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.</li> <li>Train, mentor, and manage team members to support their professional development and ensure project success.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Federal Government regulations and standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;"><br>•    Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience or 14 years of experience with no Degree <br>•    One of the following certifications is required: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) OR PMI <br>•    Experience in strategic planning and resource management.<br>•    Experience Leading and managing cross-functional teams supporting the federal space<br>•    Experience interfacing and presenting to government clients</p> <p style="text-align: left;"></p> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen </li> <li>Must have an active Secret Clearance or equivalent </li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;"></p> <p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;"></p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>ITIL certification</strong> or equivalent knowledge/experience.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
