In this role, you will manage the development of sophisticated threat models and their integration into existing defense simulation frameworks. You will collaborate with world-class software engineers, systems engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver production-quality digital threat representations. <br><br></p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Program Execution:</strong> Own the end-to-end scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and execution of advanced simulation programs in accordance with contractual requirements.</li> <li><strong>Lead Integration Strategy:</strong> Develop and execute strategies for integrating software components with defense simulation environments, ensuring interoperability across multiple systems.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, systems engineers, cybersecurity experts, intelligence community stakeholders, and government representatives to meet program objectives.</li> <li><strong>Facilitate Technical Decisions:</strong> Develop deep technical fluency in vehicle systems to effectively facilitate architectural discussions, evaluate engineering trade-offs, and drive team consensus.</li> <li><strong>Unblock the Engineering Team:</strong> Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk, make prioritization trade-offs, and clear administrative and logistical hurdles so engineers can focus on building.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Capture: </strong>Manage capture programs by helping identify opportunities, assessing viability, developing a winning strategy, and supporting proposals.</li> <li><strong>Report to Leadership:</strong> Provide clear, data-driven status updates and risk assessments through regular program reviews to both internal business leads and government stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Active U.S. Security Clearance:</strong> Must possess an active Secret clearance (TS/SCI strongly preferred)</li> <li><strong>Technical Foundation:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or commensurate professional experience.</li> <li><strong>Proven PM Experience:</strong> 4+ years of technical program management, product management, or engineering leadership experience in aerospace, software development, modeling & simulation, or relevant industry.</li> <li><strong>Bias for Action:</strong> Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment as a self-starter who gets things done.</li> <li><strong>Travel:</strong> Ability to travel up to 25% to work sites and customer locations</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.</strong></li> <li><strong>Aviation Experience:</strong> Background in military aviation, particularly in flight test environments or operations.</li> <li><strong>Intelligence Experience:</strong> Familiarity with intelligence community processes, threat assessment methodologies, and experience working with classified intelligence products to inform simulation development.</li> <li><strong>DoW Program Management:</strong> Understanding of DoW acquisition processes, CDRLs, and contract management.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$166,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$220,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
