Role: Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote, Portugal/Brazil
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management

Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams, including teams of 20+ people

Proven experience delivering eCommerce projects, ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives

Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management

Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management

Good knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)

Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills

Professional proficiency in English
