About this role
AT KLUE https://klue.com/, WE’RE BUILDING THE FUTURE OF COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE
THE WIN-LOSS TEAM IS HIRING 👋
WHAT IS THE WIN-LOSS TEAM?
At Klue, our team of experienced analysts design and deliver research programs for a wide range of business-to-business (B2B) technology companies. Using a structured, scalable process, we enable our clients to improve their win rates by making more informed and impactful business decisions.
Klue acquired https://techcouver.com/2025/03/18/klue-acquires-goldpan-to-advance-ai-driven-win-loss-research/Goldpan.ai http://Goldpan.ai in 2025, enhancing our product offering. With this acquisition, we are continuing to add invaluable win-loss data to enrich the roles of our ever-growing client-base. We are excited about what the future holds ahead for us and our clients!
As a Program Management Associate, you'll operate at the intersection of win-loss research, B2B technology programs, and qualitative research recruitment operations. You'll leverage tools like HubSpot, Nooks, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted workflows to build outreach campaigns and recruitment processes that transform contact data and stale CRM data into completed, high-quality research interviews.
Your mission? To recruit qualified participants for win-loss research programs that B2B technology companies rely on to make more informed, impactful business decisions. You'll champion outreach quality, partner closely with CSMs and Researchers, and influence how programs run — helping shape how Klue delivers win-loss research at scale. When clients get the interviews they need, the Win-Loss team succeeds too.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
You'll work hands-on with multi-channel outreach, program management, and AI-forward workflows, executing recruitment processes that directly impact research quality and client outcomes. You'll develop expertise in win-loss interview recruitment, becoming the internal expert on outreach strategy across Klue's programs.
You'll see a direct impact on interview utilization and client retention while strengthening your ability to run complex, high-volume research programs with precision. Working closely with CSMs, Researchers, AEs, and AI Ops, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping how Klue's Win-Loss team delivers research programs at scale.
As you excel, you'll gain opportunities for expanded ownership and growth — whether that's deepening your expertise within the PMA function or moving into qualitative research, customer success, or outbound sales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Interview Recruitment and Outreach. Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach via email, phone (parallel dialing via Nooks), and LinkedIn to recruit qualified participants for win-loss research interviews. Manage outreach across ~30 active customer programs simultaneously, track and update recruitment statuses in HubSpot accurately and on time, identify when programs are stalling, investigate root causes, and proactively propose solutions. Test new outreach tactics and contribute ideas to improve interview conversion rates across the team.
- Interview Qualification and Handoff. Ensure interview opportunity data is clean, structured, and qualified before research calls. Proactively fill in missing details on HubSpot interview cards and communicate with researchers about anything that could affect interview quality or research scope alignment — so researchers are never walking into a call underprepared.
- Internal Collaboration and Account Health. Serve as a connected, communicative member of each program's account team alongside the CSM and Researcher. Regularly share recruitment status, challenges, and proposed solutions so the team is never caught off guard. Contribute to account health discussions, flag risks to program momentum or renewal, and join customer calls when needed.
- Recruitment Expertise and Continuous Improvement. Build fluency in Klue's outreach approaches (Sales First, Leadership First, Klue Direct) and when each works best. Informally advise AEs, CSMs, and Researchers on recruitment strategy. Lean into AI tools and automations to work faster and smarter, and propose improvements to team processes and outreach workflows.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
We want you to love the role you're in, and believe these skills and experiences will help you be successful. You'll know you're on track when:
- You're consistently hitting your individual monthly target of 80 completed interviews.
- HubSpot and our operations platform are always up to date, statuses are accurate, editorial cards are complete, nothing falls through the cracks.
- Researchers never walk into an interview underprepared because of something on the recruitment side.
- The internal account team knows what's happening in your programs without having to ask.
- When a program is struggling, you're already working on a root cause and a proposed solution before anyone escalates.
- You're actively contributing ideas and improvements to the team, not just running the playbook.
