<div class="content-intro"> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div><p><strong>Hourly range: </strong>$20-$30 per hour</p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>The Part-Time Professional Operations Administrator provides administrative and&nbsp;operational support to the Professional Operations team by assisting with consultant&nbsp;onboarding, contract administration, client onboarding activities, operational data&nbsp;management, compliance documentation, and internal support requests. This role helps&nbsp;ensure business continuity by supporting critical operational processes while&nbsp;maintaining high service levels across internal and external stakeholders.<br>Working across both the Personnel Services and Client Services teams, this position&nbsp;partners closely with Revenue, Account Managers, Payroll, Compliance, and other&nbsp;corporate departments to execute time-sensitive operational tasks. Whether you're building new skills, taking on&nbsp;greater responsibility, or helping those around you succeed, growth is something we&nbsp;pursue together.</p> <p><br><strong>What You’ll DO</strong><br>• Support consultant backend onboarding activities by initiating, tracking, and&nbsp;auditing onboarding documentation.<br>• Prepare, send, maintain, and track consultant contracts, extensions, rate changes,&nbsp;and client e-signature requests.<br>• Update and maintain consultant and client records within Bullhorn, Monday.com,&nbsp;and other internal business systems.<br>• Process employment and operational change requests while ensuring data&nbsp;accuracy and compliance.<br>• Assist with client onboarding by collecting required documentation and maintaining&nbsp;client-specific requirements.<br>• Maintain operational trackers, reports, and department resources to support daily&nbsp;business operations.<br>• Audit documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company&nbsp;policies and procedures.<br>• Respond to operational support requests from Revenue, Leadership, Payroll,&nbsp;Compliance, and other internal departments.<br>• Assist with payroll-related administrative activities and other time-sensitive&nbsp;operational tasks.<br>• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to&nbsp;increase efficiency through automation, standardization, and documentation.<br>• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support&nbsp;department and business objectives.</p> <p><br><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br>• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize&nbsp;competing deadlines.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.<br>• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven&nbsp;environment.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and client&nbsp;information.<br>• Comfortable learning and utilizing multiple technology…
