Are You the Essential Link in Our Production Process? For a growing family-owned company in the food industry (pork processing), we are looking for enthusiastic Production Operators. Do you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a varied role, and feel at home in a production environment? Then you might be the colleague we are looking for!

What will you do?

* Ensure the production line is continuously and efficiently supplied.
*

Assist with trimming meat products to ensure they meet quality standards (experience using a knife is an advantage, but not essential).

*

Help load and unload trucks.

* Work flexibly across different departments, including production, packaging, and dispatch, ensuring a varied and dynamic workday.

You will work from Monday to Friday.

You must be flexible regarding working hours, with start times ranging between 3:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., depending on the department you are assigned to that day or week.

* A gross hourly wage of €16.93.

A 20% shift allowance for hours worked before 6:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m.

* For the first 240 overtime hours, gross pay equals net pay.

* Overtime exceeding 240 hours is paid at 150% of the standard rate.
