**Production Team Leader – 3 Shifts**

**FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING**

* Lead and supervise a team of production operators.
* Organize and monitor daily production activities.
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
* Support and motivate employees on the production floor.
* Resolve operational issues and coordinate solutions.
* Train and coach new employees.
* Report production results and issues to management.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure smooth shift handovers between teams.

**PROFIEL**

* Experience as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Operator in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach.
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Quality and safety minded.
* Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
* **Good English communication skills are mandatory.**
* Experience in plastics manufacturing is an advantage.
