As the **Packaging Department Supervisor**, you take the lead over several **production lines** where meat products are prepared and packaged. You maintain a **clear overview**, guide your team and actively participate on the production floor. Thanks to your commitment, **production, quality and safety** are managed efficiently every day.

**Your responsibilities:**

* **Lead and coach** a team of **12 to 15 operators and production employees** on the shop floor. * **Ensure the smooth operation** of several packaging lines. * **Monitor the production planning** and make adjustments where necessary. * **Actively participate** in the production process: packaging, quality checks and making adjustments. * **Monitor and guarantee** compliance with **quality, hygiene and food safety standards**. * **Resolve** minor **technical and operational issues** quickly and efficiently. * **Ensure** a **safe and organised working environment**. * **Report progress** and any points of attention to the **Area Supervisor**.
