Production Operator - Electronics

* Perform functional tests using dedicated test equipment.
* Carry out visual, optical and mechanical quality checks.
* Perform manual assembly of components and subassemblies.
* Handle small and delicate components carefully and accurately.
* Prepare, inspect and package finished products.
* Follow production procedures, work instructions and checklists.
* Identify and report defects, quality issues or non-conformities.
* Complete production and quality documentation to ensure traceability.
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation and follow 5S and safety rules.
* Perform repetitive precision tasks while maintaining concentration and quality.
* Rotate between different production activities depending on priorities.
* Learn new assembly, testing and production processes through on-the-job training.
