**Production Operator (2-Shift System)**

**Location:** Kluisbergen **Industry:** Rubber Manufacturing **Work Schedule:** 2 shifts (early & late)

**About the Company**

We are a well-established rubber manufacturing company based in Kluisbergen, specialized in the production of high-quality rubber products for various industrial applications. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated **Production Operator** to strengthen our team.

**Your Responsibilities**

* Operating and monitoring production machines * Setting up machines according to production parameters * Performing quality checks on finished products * Identifying and reporting technical or production issues * Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment * Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets

**PROFIEL**

* You have **first experience as an operator in a production environment** * Technical insight and willingness to learn * Ability to work accurately and independently * Good understanding of safety and quality standards * You are flexible and willing to work in a **2-shift system** * Good knowledge of English (Dutch is a plus)
