<p data-start="361" data-end="373"><strong data-start="361" data-end="373">Overview</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a Production Manager to join our Production, Procurement & Quality team. Reporting to the Director of Production, you'll play an important role in bringing our products to life—from supporting new launches and replenishment orders to strengthening supplier partnerships and ensuring inventory arrives on time.</p> <p>You'll own a portfolio of suppliers and product categories while managing one Production Coordinator. Working closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and Quality, you'll help keep projects moving, proactively solve challenges, and continuously improve how we operate.</p> <p>If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, loves finding smarter ways of working, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, we'd love to meet you.</p> <p data-start="962" data-end="980"><strong data-start="962" data-end="980">What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>Production & Supplier Management</p> <ul> <li>Own production execution across assigned suppliers and product categories, ensuring purchase orders, production timelines, and shipments stay on track.</li> <li>Build strong, collaborative relationships with global supplier partners and serve as their primary day-to-day point of contact.</li> <li>Monitor production milestones, proactively identify risks, and communicate solutions to internal and external partners.</li> <li>Lead supplier performance reviews using data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Support cost negotiations, volume planning, and supplier strategy while balancing quality, speed, and margin goals.</li> <li>Coordinate production across replenishment and launch orders to support inventory health and successful product launches.</li> </ul> <p>Cross-Functional Partnership</p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and Quality to bring new products to market.</li> <li>Coordinate pre-production, production, creative, marketing, PR, and sales samples to ensure launch readiness.</li> <li>Translate broader production priorities into clear execution plans across your supplier portfolio.</li> <li>Maintain accurate production documentation, project tracking, and system updates.</li> </ul> <p>Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.</li> <li>Analyze supplier performance and production data to uncover trends and recommend improvements.</li> <li>Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and workflows that help the team scale.</li> </ul> <p>Team Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Manage and develop one Assistant Production Coordinator through coaching, feedback, and ongoing support.</li> <li>Prioritize work across the production calendar while fostering a collaborative, accountable team environment.</li> </ul> <p data-start="1414" data-end="1435"><strong data-start="1414" data-end="1435">We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in production, sourcing, product development, supply chain, or a related field (home textiles or other soft goods preferred)</li> <li>Experience managing multiple production timelines and competing priorities</li> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working directly with suppliers and presenting business updates</li> <li>Experience negotiating costs and managing supplier performance</li> <li>A data-driven approach to problem solving and continuous improvement</li> <li>Experience working with PLM, ERP, purchase order, or supply chain management systems</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets</li> <li>A collaborative mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed</li> </ul> <p><strong data-start="1414" data-end="1435">Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience managing or mentoring others</li> <li>Experience with BeProduct, Anvyl, Sage, NetSuite, Looker, Omni, or similar platforms</li> <li>Experience in home textiles, home goods, or another consumer products business</li> <li>Willingness to travel to supplier partners as needed</li> </ul> <p data-start="1962" data-end="1978"><strong data-start="1962" data-end="1978">Compensation</strong></p> <p data-start="1980" data-end="2149">Base salary range: $92,000–$100,000, plus equity.<br><br>We take a consistent approach to our salary bands to ensure internal equity, and expect to make offers within this range. <br>Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and market data.</p> <p data-start="2151" data-end="2171"><strong data-start="2151" data-end="2171">Benefits & Perks</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="2173" data-end="2813">Up to 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee-only)</li> <li data-start="2173"…
