You will work with a highly motivated, cross-functional team to bring a radical aircraft to production. Bringing innovation to planning, you will be a critical part in BETA realizing its aggressive manufacturing goals while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry. This means stepping in and providing an immediate positive impact to BETA in our march to full production.</p> </div> <div><strong>How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Establish processes, tools and procedures to coordinate vertically integrated highly complex manufacturing processes</li> <li>Reports to Production Control Lead or Master Scheduler</li> <li>Ensure that assigned area of production are aligned and working to a coordinated delivery schedule at the operational routing and labor planning levels</li> <li>Work closely with Production Leads, Industrial Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, Supply Planners and Logistic to help create a high performing production area that meet challenging schedules</li> <li>Use data and other tools to help quantify manpower, process needs and materials required to better predict and grow production</li> <li>Use and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capabilities</li> <li>Maintain world class production standards of quality and safety</li> <li>Coordinate and prioritize work in an extremely dynamic environment</li> <li>Track and execute subcontracting for production area</li> <li>Manage and schedule rework for production area</li> <li>Be SPOC for all production KPI reporting</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>3+ years direct experience in production scheduling, preferred experience in manufacturing or in an environment with a similarly intense level of quality and traceability requirements</li> <li>Demonstrated prior experience, ownership and success of establishing std mfg practices and variance reporting</li> <li>Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment, and passion to perform under pressure</li> <li>Extremely strong communication skills</li> <li>Strong background in problem-solving and ownership</li> <li>Skilled in mathematics, specifically in statistics and data analysis</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency and improving an ERP system, document and production control, and work orders. Experience with Epicor, SAP, Plex, or Oracle will prepare for success</li> <li>Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth and preferably startup experience</li> <li>Strong ownership and drive to improve the flow of work in a production area</li> <li>Desire to change the world of aviation forever</li> <li>A passion for flight!</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>Above and Beyond Qualifications:</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Plex ERP Experience</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></div> <div> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
