As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a <strong data-start="1374" data-end="1421">Last Mile Associate – Automotive Production</strong> to join our reconditioning facility team. This role ensures the smooth final stage of our vehicle production process, including vehicle movement, preparation for delivery, and support across production teams. You will help ensure vehicles are delivered on time and meet Clutch’s high-quality standards.</p> <p data-start="1728" data-end="1749"><strong data-start="1728" data-end="1747">What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul data-start="1751" data-end="2269"> <li data-start="1751" data-end="1852"> <p data-start="1753" data-end="1852">Coordinate the movement of vehicles within the production facility from assembly to staging areas</p> </li> <li data-start="1853" data-end="1971"> <p data-start="1855" data-end="1971">Oversee final inspections and ensure vehicles are properly prepped for shipment, including cleaning or adjustments</p> </li> <li data-start="1972" data-end="2056"> <p data-start="1974" data-end="2056">Perform final detailing tasks that may have been missed before customer delivery</p> </li> <li data-start="2057" data-end="2157"> <p data-start="2059" data-end="2157">Collaborate with production and shipping teams to meet delivery schedules and customer deadlines</p> </li> <li data-start="2158" data-end="2269"> <p data-start="2160" data-end="2269">Support other departments as needed, including Parts, Mechanics, Lot Attendants, Photography, and Detailing</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="2271" data-end="2300"><strong data-start="2271" data-end="2298">What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul data-start="2302" data-end="2608"> <li data-start="2302" data-end="2351"> <p data-start="2304" data-end="2351">Education: Post-secondary education preferred</p> </li> <li data-start="2352" data-end="2427"> <p data-start="2354" data-end="2427">Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork</p> </li> <li data-start="2428" data-end="2499"> <p data-start="2430" data-end="2499">License: Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract</p> </li> <li data-start="2500" data-end="2560"> <p data-start="2502" data-end="2560">Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada</p> </li> <li data-start="2561" data-end="2608"> <p data-start="2563" data-end="2608">Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga</p> </li> <li data-start="2561" data-end="2608">Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2610" data-end="2636"><strong data-start="2610" data-end="2634">Other items to note:</strong></p> <ul data-start="2638" data-end="3080"> <li data-start="2638" data-end="2715"> <p data-start="2640" data-end="2715">Communication: Frequent interaction with production teams and supervisors</p> </li> <li data-start="2716" data-end="2807"> <p data-start="2718" data-end="2807">Problem Resolution/Analysis: Identify and address issues during final production stages</p> </li> <li data-start="2808"…
