Ensures all projects are completed on time and within budget. They will work with the Creative Director to maintain consistent and high-quality relationships with brand clients. </p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Work independently as well as with a production artist to concept and execute best in class creative campaigns and design work covering all common deliverable types (digital, print, animation and video).</li> <li>Create compelling presentation documents that communicate your ideas in a way others can understand, get excited about and present to others.</li> <li>Maintain organized files and archiving habits that allow you to collaborate with others in a very efficient way.</li> <li>Inspire others with reference material that communicates a vision.</li> <li>Work well with others in a tight-knit but global company.</li> <li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously while working under tight deadlines.</li> <li>Manage two direct reports with the support of your Creative Director.</li> <li>Demonstrate an understanding of the realities of marketing a regulated product(s).<strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">    </strong></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years as a production artist for an agency or in-house creative position.</li> <li>You have an online portfolio that demonstrates high design standards and a refined aesthetic</li> <li>Years of experience working in conceptual development of retail programming</li> <li>Regulated industry experience is preferred</li> <li>Leadership experience where delegation was necessary to succeed.</li> <li>You are motivated and good at time management</li> <li>Advanced in the Adobe Creative suite</li> <li>Understand brand and retail marketing nuances</li> <li>Experience in Figma and other common tools of the trade (Project Mgmt tools)</li> <li>Able to handle pivots to creative direction in a positive and team player way.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in regulated industries (alcohol, cannabis, pharma, tobacco)</li> <li>Familiarity with retail environments (Target-scale, Trader Joe’s)</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Connecticut Hiring Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$79,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$80,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We Offer:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Career Growth Opportunities</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Competitive Pay and Benefits</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Generous PTO and Parental Leave</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">401(K) Retirement…
