As our group continues to grow, we’re launching a new regulated venture in Great Britain. Betty UK is a startup company licensed by the Gambling Commission, as a casino operator in April 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritise the squad backlog; write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Run sprint planning, refinement and reviews with engineering and design, and make the day-to-day scope calls that keep the team moving.

• Translate business goals and player needs into specifications engineering can build without guesswork.

• Own product-side delivery of regulatory requirements.

• Define success metrics before launch, then monitor performance and iterate on what ships.

• Report delivery progress, risks and results to the leadership team.

• Keep Marketing, LiveOps, Payments and Operations aligned ahead of launches, not after.

• Build working knowledge of the Great Britain market and track UKGC changes affecting your area.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-ownership role on a live consumer product.

• Track record of writing user stories and acceptance criteria that teams can build from.

• Comfortable with data - SQL or a BI tool, cohort analysis, and reading A/B test results.

• Experience with Scrum or Kanban, and with JIRA and Confluence or equivalents.

• Experience delivering within regulatory or compliance constraints.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• iGaming experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
