About the role
We are looking for a proactive Product Marketing Managerto join our marketing team - someone who takes full ownership of the end-to-end marketing web funnels with product and data-driven mindset!

In this role, you will be focused on the activation flows of our web&app products and other marketing features in backlog. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design, analytics, dev, qa) to turn marketing insights into measurable growth.

What you'll do

• Build and test value propositions, messaging, and offers tailored to different audience segments to maximize web stream profit.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and dev teams to launch and optimize web funnels, upsell flows, and special promo pages.

• Monitor funnel performance with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, etc.), and make data-driven improvements.

• Formulate product marketing hypothesis, run A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates.

• Work closely with paid acquisition team to align messaging across the funnel.

• Support launches of new features, plans, or products from a web marketing perspective.

• Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy and inspire innovative approaches.

What we're looking for

• 2+ year of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager or Growth Manager, working with web2app funnels, app onboardings, app monetization.

• Solid understanding of CRO, behavioral psychology, and marketing funnel stages.

• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on making data-driven decisions to continuously improve funnels’ performance.

• Experience with analytics services: Amplitude, Tableau.

• Good knowledge of English - Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and ideas for reaching success.

• Systematic and structural approach to work.

Also nice to have

• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.

• Proven track record for user flow optimization and constant improvement of CR.

• Experience using AI tools (for content creation, personalization, or automation) to improve funnel performance.

• Initiative and proactivity in daily work.

• Interest in understanding how business works / interest in product thinking. You’re data-driven, curious, and love testing ideas.

• Responsible and attentive to details.

• Ownership. You treat funnels like your own product and aren’t afraid to get hands-on.

• You’re a great communicator. You have excellent communication skills and a remarkable ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, marketing, support, and operations teams.
