ABOUT THE ROLE

Most product roles start with an existing product. This one starts with a blank page.

You’ll join a small, highly autonomous team building a brand-new greenfield AI product from scratch around image and video generation. There is no roadmap to follow, no playbook to copy, and no product-market fit yet. That’s exactly what makes this role exciting.

From day one, you’ll help define what we build, who we build it for, and why it deserves to exist. You’ll spend time talking to users, prototyping ideas, running experiments, evaluating the latest AI capabilities, and learning quickly from what works—and what doesn’t.

AI won’t be a feature you’ll add to an existing product. It will be the foundation of everything you build. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, growth, data, and our AI research teams to explore both frontier proprietary models and open-source technologies, turning breakthroughs in image and video generation into products that people genuinely love using.

This role is for builders.

People who enjoy creating clarity from ambiguity. Who are comfortable making decisions without perfect information. Who care as much about finding the right problem as building the right solution.

The roadmap isn’t written yet.

You’ll help write it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

◦ Build a new AI product around image and video generation from zero alongside a small cross-functional team.

◦ Discover meaningful user problems through research, observation, and direct conversations.

◦ Turn emerging AI capabilities into simple, intuitive product experiences that solve real user needs.

◦ Build MVPs, launch quickly, validate ideas, and iterate relentlessly based on user feedback and data.

◦ Evaluate the latest image and video generation models, understanding their strengths, limitations, and where they create meaningful product opportunities.

◦ Design experiments that accelerate learning and help the team reach product-market fit faster.

◦ Work closely with engineering, design, growth, data, and AI research to ship continuously.

◦ Balance user value, technical feasibility, model capabilities, and business impact in every product decision.

◦ Help define the long-term direction of a product from its earliest days.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

◦ You’ve built products from zero to one—whether at an early-stage startup, inside a larger company, or as a founder.

◦ You’re energised by ambiguity and enjoy creating structure where none exists.

◦ You naturally move between strategy and execution. You’re just as happy interviewing users or reviewing AI outputs as you are analysing experiments or defining the next milestone.

◦ You have exceptional product taste and a high bar for user experience. You care about the details because you know they’re often what make products feel magical.

◦ You’re deeply curious about AI, particularly image and video generation, and you’re excited by how rapidly the technology is evolving.

◦ You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across product, engineering, design, data, and AI research.

◦ You take ownership naturally and care far more about outcomes than outputs.

NICE-TO-HAVE

◦ Experience as a founder or founding Product Manager.

◦ Experience building AI-powered consumer products.

◦ Experience launching a new product from zero to one.

◦ Experience working closely with ML engineers or AI research teams.

◦ Personal projects exploring the latest AI models, creative tools, or emerging technologies.
