<p><strong>Purpose of Position</strong></p> <p>The Salesforce Product Manager combines strong product and operational process expertise with creative problem-solving, translating complex commercial needs into scalable solutions in line with the CRM roadmap and vision. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, this role brings teams together, leads stakeholders across functional while driving meaningful outcomes in a complex and evolving systems landscape.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Tasks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as primary product linkage between business stakeholders, the Salesforce team, and Product &amp; Technology, ensuring business priorities are clearly understood and reflected in the CRM roadmap.</li> <li>Support the definition, maintenance, and delivery of the CRM roadmap, working closely with CRM and Billing &amp; Payments leadership and teams, to surface synergies and address cross-team dependencies early.</li> <li>Lead structured assessments of current (“as-is”) business processes and contribute to the definition of future (“to-be”) processes, helping identify opportunities, benefits and impacts of proposed changes.</li> <li>Translate commercial, contractual, and operational needs, challenge assumptions and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements that support effective delivery within a complex systems landscape.</li> <li>Work closely with the Salesforce Business Partners and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with agreed process models and integrate effectively across platforms.</li> <li>Support scalable and well governed CRM data foundations that enable reliable reporting, analytics, and downstream use cases.</li> <li>Drive change and adoption by promoting new ways of working, supporting users through transitions, and helping teams realise value from the CRM platform.</li> <li>Clearly communicate priorities, progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to a broad set of stakeholders through strong narratives and data-backed decision making.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of product management experience, with hands-on involvement in CRM products, Salesforce experience preferred.</li> <li>Strong product mindset, with the ability to frame problems, make trade-offs, and keep teams focused on outcomes in complex system landscape.</li> <li>Experience translating complex business, contractual, or operational needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.</li> <li>Data-driven approach, using data to inform decisions while applying sound business judgement where information is incomplete.</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify gaps and contribute practical, scalable solutions to cross-functional challenges.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear product narratives, explain trade-offs, and support stakeholders through change.</li> <li>Confidence working with and influencing a broad set of stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams in a global environment.</li> <li>Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.</li> <li>Client-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value.</li> <li>Experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders plus strong negotiation and influencing skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Our Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Flexi-Week:</strong> We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.</li> <li><strong>Flexi-office:</strong> We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid/remote working scheme which is designed to foster a culture of mutual trust and working flexibility.</li> <li><strong>Work Expense Contribution &amp; Remote Working Furniture: </strong>You will receive a monthly allowance to cover part of your running costs, as well as a furniture package to support you in setting up a comfortable workspace when working from home.</li> <li><strong>Health and Wellbeing</strong>: With our support and access to various initiatives and sports offers, you can focus on your mental and physical wellbeing.</li> <li><strong>Development</strong>: We’ve built our extensive training suite, Awin Academy, to cover a wide range of skills that support your professional and personal growth, with trainings conveniently packaged to help your overall development.</li> <li><strong>Appreciation: </strong>Thank and reward colleagues by sending them a voucher through our peer-to-peer recognition programme.</li> </ul> <p><em>We are hiring in multiple countries for this role.
