Hello 👋 Future ResQer!
ResQ is looking for a Product Growth Designer to help shape how customers discover, adopt, and get value from our AI-first platform. You'll design experiences across the customer journey—from onboarding and activation to feature adoption, engagement, and retention—with a focus on turning great product experiences into measurable customer and business growth.
We're looking for a builder who thrives at the intersection of design, growth, data, and technology. You'll move quickly from insights and hypotheses to prototypes, experiments, and shipped experiences using a combination of Figma, AI-powered tools, and code.
You'll partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to identify friction, uncover growth opportunities, and design experiences that help customers reach value faster. You'll use customer research, product analytics, and experimentation to understand what's working, what isn't, and where design can meaningfully move the needle.
We know joining a team is a big decision, and we want you to understand who we are just as much as we want to get to know you. If you're excited by the ideas below, we'd love to meet you.
Are you nodding your head with excitement at the idea of:
- Designing product experiences that directly impact activation, adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Finding friction in the customer journey and turning it into opportunities for growth.
- Helping customers discover and adopt AI-powered features that make their work easier.
- Using product data, customer insights, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
- Rapidly turning hypotheses into prototypes and shipped experiments using Figma, AI tools, and code.
- Measuring the impact of what you design and continuously iterating based on what you learn.
- Building intuitive experiences that help customers reach their "aha" moment faster.
What you will do:
As a Product Growth Designer at ResQ, you will contribute in the following areas:
- Product Growth 🚀: Design and optimize experiences across customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. Identify friction and help customers reach value faster.
- Experimentation & Insights 📈: Use product analytics, customer behavior, research, and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and continuously improve the experience.
- AI Adoption 🤖: Design intuitive experiences that help customers discover, trust, and adopt ResQ’s AI-powered features and workflows.
- Rapid Prototyping 🛠️: Turn ideas into interactive prototypes and experiments using Figma, AI-powered development tools, and code to quickly validate concepts.
- End-to-End Design 💡: Own the design process from customer research and ideation through launch, measurement, and iteration, with a focus on measurable impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to shape growth strategy, prioritize opportunities, and bring high-impact experiences to life.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Growth Design, or Growth Hacking, ideally in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
- Experience designing products or experiences that have directly impacted customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, or other growth metrics.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, customer journeys, funnels, experimentation, and behavioral design.
- Comfortable using product analytics and customer data to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
- Experience designing and running experiments, including A/B tests, and using results to iterate on product experiences.
- Comfortable building and shipping product experiences using Git, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, MagicPath, Cursor, or similar, alongside traditional design tools like Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, experimentation, and the measurable impact of the experiences you've designed, ideally within B2B or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Comfortable moving quickly, testing ideas, learning from results, and iterating rather than waiting for perfect information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams.
- Ability to work independently, identify opportunities proactively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
How you will do it:
- Be a self-starter: You wake up, form a plan, and get going!
- Practice Extreme Ownership: Exhibit a bias for action and a deep desire to understand all parts of our business, including our customers and partners.…
